Growing again!

He's taking cues from all the plants out here that are just busting with the warmer temperatures we have been having the past few weeks! He's 14.3 at the shoulder and his hip is 15.1!? Still standing a bit like a race car, but he'll even out in due time.

Flash has really mellowed out even more in the past month! Maybe is because all his energy is going to growing again, I don't know. He walks quietly up to the barn with me (leaving the herd in the field) and stands quite contently in the cross ties while I groom and saddle and unsaddle. He leans into the curry comb on his shoulders and neck and he always enjoys a good forehead rub.

He's such a sweet fella and seems to enjoy hanging out with his human friend.
